Quinze jours pour interjeter appel

Les sociétés Tramo et Colas, Kristof Dewael et Erwin Persoons seront tenus d'indemniser les victimes de la catastrophe de Ghislenghien.

En attendant, et à partir de ce jour, le ministère public et les prévenus disposent de quinze jours pour interjeter appel de la décision du tribunal correctionnel. De nombreux avocats n'avaient aucun doute ce lundi quant à cette éventualité...
